Please note that if you wish to return, ensure you keep a hold of your receipt/order confirmation and the packaging your earrings came in. 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed in-store and online and only in the country of purchase.

Lovisa Gift Cards are to be treated like cash. Damaged, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. It is not redeemable for cash, credit or retailer accounts. Lovisa Gift Cards must be redeemed before the expiry date. The gift card cannot be reloaded.

Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Where the cost of your purchase exceeds the available card balance, you are required to make up the difference with another payment method.

You are liable for all transactions on your card except when there has been fraud or negligence by us or our employees. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.

E-Gift Cards (UK only)

Lovisa e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online and shipped to any UK residential address. 

If you wish to redeem your e-Gift Card in store, this is only available for stores located within UK. 

e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in the EU. 

You may purchase an e-Gift Card from anywhere in the world, provided the recipient has a UK residential address.

Contact our Customer Support team if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to a gift card.

Shipping & Delivery

Lovisa offers standard and express delivery options. The advised delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Please allow an additional 5 business days for regional delivery.
Due to potential and unexpected delivery disruptions, delays may occur.
During sale and promotional periods, all orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.
If there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to ensure it is resolved - however, we cannot make guarantees. Due to the nature of postal services, some circumstances may impact the successful delivery of your parcel.
