In Store Returns
For in-store purchases, your item(s) must be returned to a store within the country of purchase. You can also return any online purchase made to a Lovisa store provided that this store is located within the UK and you have proof of purchase.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your item through our online process.

Please remember to include this in your satchel before you seal it.
2. SUBMIT YOUR RETURN ONLINE AND PRINT YOUR SHIPPING LABEL
Click below to submit your return and print your Royal Mail shipping label.
All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once it is completed.
If you are outside of the UK we currently do not offer online returns. Please head to your local store with your proof of purchase or get in contact with us via email.
